OUR PASTOR

Stephon and Lori Ross are natives of Harrisburg, PA. They have been devoted followers of Christ for more than thirty years. More than ten years ago, Stephon sensed the call to start a brand new church after having served in the local church for more than 25 years. In the fall of 2014 Stephon and Lori relocated to the Richmond, VA area to fulfill the calling to plant a new church.

Stephon’s ministerial background has covered broad areas including Coordinator of Children’s Ministry, Care Ministry Leader, Small Group Leader, Worship Leader, in addition to leading an assimilation team. He was also ordained and served as an assistant pastor where he shared in preaching and teaching the Word of God among other administrative responsibilities. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Organizational Leadership from Eastern University. He also holds a Masters of Divnity degree from SMI Bible College.

Lori is the founder of Women of Prayer International, Inc. (WOPI), a non-profit organization that promotes and teaches women on the subject of prayer at events such as prayer breakfasts, conferences, and retreats. She hosts a Women’s Prayer Breakfast which is a network of women from diverse backgrounds who join together on a monthly basis for sweet sister-to-sister fellowship, as well as to learn effective prayer strategies and most importantly, to intercede for their families, communities and leaders. Professionally, Lori holds a Masters in Education and is an elementary school teacher.

Together they have two adult children and a new grandson.
